Of course all sites should hopefully be indexed by Google but not many get linked to by Google. BaseEstate.com is now one the featured sample applications on the Google Base samples page. Check it out here.

Good Work. I've come across your site through Google Base site while dreaming up to do similar stuff. You are already there. I've tried testing the site, somethings are not working as expected but ok as it is in Beta in Google tradition.
